New Container or First Trip?

We are often asked the question.

It's difficult to understand the workings of the maritime world, but we will easily explain the difference between the two types of containers.

• First voyage maritime container (or 1st voyage container)

This is a maritime container, which is manufactured in its factory in China and which will then be stuffed, that is to say loaded with goods (clothing, household appliances, industrial products, etc.) before being transported to Europe.

• NEW maritime container

This is a shipping container which is manufactured in its factory in China and which will then be transported to Europe. On the other hand, these containers are impossible to find, because containers never travel empty. They are always potted to limit the impact of transport costs on the price of the container.

Cubner mainly offers first trip containers.

We of course have last trip containers or second-hand containers.
