Tank or Tank Container

Le tank container, also called Tank container, is a tank container allowing the storage of liquid or gaseous products. This special container is designed for bulk transport and is available in 3 sizes:

• 20-foot container TANK,
• Container swap body TANK
• 40-foot container TANK 

There are several types of tank containers:

1. Stainless steel tank containers : the use of stainless steel on the tank of a container improves its resistance to corrosion. Stainless steel offers the advantage of being able to transport food products, but also chemical and pharmaceutical products that can be aggressive for steel or do not need to be colored. Finally, the stainless steel tank container can also transport specific fuels such as aviation fuel requiring a specific tank or coating. 
2. Insulated tank containers : the container tank is wrapped in insulation to provide it with thermal resistance in order to maintain a controlled temperature during the transport of liquids. On request, we can integrate a feeder or resistance to maintain the temperature.
3. Tank containers for dangerous products : these containers are specially designed for the safe transport of liquids, flammable gases, liquefied gases, toxic or dangerous. Currently, hydrogen tank containers are being studied in order to easily transport this energy vector, from its production site to its distribution site. Our containers offer advanced features to guarantee safety: sensors, anti-overflow systems, fire-resistant materials type EI120.
   The tank container can be refrigerated to maintain a controlled temperature. The equipment offered helps reduce risks during handling.
4. Custom tank containers : At Cubner via our Calcub workshops, we can offer you personalized container solutions according to your measurements. The tank container can integrate a GPS beacon to track it in real time, compartments or sensors (IOT) to monitor your liquid products during their journey.
