1 — Before delivery: prepare your site

Things to do before the arrival of the carrierThese checks are indispensable to guarantee delivery without incident and avoid additional charges.

2 — Delivery Times & Methods

Prior on-site requirement: some accessibility conditions are required (truck between 18 and 22 meters). Your address must be accessible, otherwise additional charges may apply.

  • Allow 2 to 4 meters beyond the laying area

  • Delivery to your address, unloading is your responsibility
  • Requires handling equipment (mobile crane, telescopic crane…)
  • Economical solution for self-handling
  • Total control of the final positioning

Withdrawal by your own means

  • You organize the logistics from the Cubner depot
  • Provide adapted transport (flatbed semi-trailer)

3 — Day D: receiving your container

On the day of delivery, you or your representative must must be present. Signature of the delivery note engages your responsibility on the condition of the received container.

Important Note — Duties and Obligations Upon Reception

The client must be available upon delivery. The carrier cannot guarantee a specific date or time. All absence without a designated representative may lead return costs.

Customer must be present from 08am to 18pm on the day of delivery.The exact time slot is communicated the day before or the morning of the same day by the carrier.

Secure the access area

  • Free yourself completely the handling area before the truck arrives
  • Keep people away during the container installation
  • You or your representative must sign the delivery note

Checklist at reception

  • Vérifier the external state of the container before signing
  • Inspect the doors, the seals and the locks
  • Check that the container numbers correspond to the delivery note
  • In case of damage note: all specific reservations on the delivery note before signing
  • Get it signed the delivery note by the driver with the aforementioned reservations
  • Photograph any damage noticed immediately
  • Contact your Cubner expert within 24 hours if you experience any problems.
Important: Without a written and signed reservation on the delivery note at the time of receipt, any subsequent recourse will be very difficult. Never sign a blank delivery note.
